About eSupplier

eSupplier is a self-service application for Suppliers to the State of Ohio.

Within eSupplier, you are able to:

  • View contact information
  • Review invoices
  • View payment information
  • View purchase orders
  • Set-up additional eSupplier Users
  • Bid on procurement opportunities
  • Maintain UNSPS Codes
NOTE: Once Logged in, you must add your UNSPS (United Nations Standard Products and Services) Codes under the Maintain Supplier Information tab to ensure that you receive applicable bid event notification emails. You will not be notified of any bid opportunities, if you do not select UNSPS Codes that represent the goods or services that you provide.

Definitions

Supplier — an organization or individual registered to sell goods or services to the State of Ohio

eSupplier Administrator — designated eSupplier "super-user" at an organization. An Administrator may:

  • Set-up additional eSupplier Users
  • Bid on procurement opportunities
  • Maintain UNSPS Codes
  • View payment information
  • View purchase orders

eSupplier User — representative at an organization with eSupplier login credentials. A user may:

  • View contact information
  • Review invoices
  • View payment information
  • View purchase orders
